I think we need a new roof, we get a new leak every year. I'd like to get a qoute for cheap and one for tiles. Also like the idea of a sky lights. Any ideas how much that will cost?

About 6-10 cedar shake shingles need to be restapled. One or two may actually need to be replaced.

Looking at options for a new roof within the next 6 months. Home built in 1981 has original asphalt shingles. SImple shallow slope single peak 2 story "cube" house. Also needs new gutters and some replacement wood facia and crown molding.
